We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for an access pass bought from examstudyapp.com.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the material isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — as long as you've only lightly used the access. Specifically, a purchase is eligible for a refund only if you have answered fewer than 50 questions and completed less than 20% of that exam's questions (whichever limit you reach first).

Our access passes deliver their value through the questions and explanations themselves. The guarantee exists to make sure the material is a good fit for you — not to provide free, full use of an exam's content. For that reason, an exam (or bundle) is no longer refundable once you've reached either limit above, even if it's still within the 7-day window.

Not a pass guarantee

ExamStudyApp is a study tool, not a guarantee of results. The money-back guarantee above is about whether the study material is the right fit for you — it is not a promise that you will pass your exam. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or achieve any particular score, and not passing an exam (or your score on it) is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. Your exam outcome depends on many factors outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email support@examstudyapp.com from the address on your account, with your order details and a brief reason for your request. We'll review your request and your practice activity, and process eligible refunds promptly.

What happens when you're refunded

The refund is issued to your original payment method.
Your access to the refunded exam (or bundle) ends, since the purchase has been reversed.
Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Limits and abuse

The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
Requests made after the 7-day window, or after reaching either usage limit above (50 questions or 20% of an exam's questions), fall outside the guarantee and are handled at our sole discretion.
We track practice activity and reserve the right to decline any request we reasonably believe abuses this guarantee — for example, working through an exam's content before requesting a refund, attempting to extract or copy content, or a pattern of buying and refunding.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which it does not limit. If the law in your country gives you stronger rights, those apply.
