These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of examstudyapp.com and our related services (the "Service"), provided by ExamStudyApp ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and where the Service is offered

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Service is offered to and intended for residents of the United States only. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly offer or market it to, individuals located outside the United States. If you choose to access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides original practice questions, explanations, and study tools to help you prepare for IT certification exams.

Our questions are written to match published exam objectives. They are study material — not real exam questions, "brain dumps", or leaked content.
We are an independent study provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by any certification vendor. All product and certification names, codes, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams we help you study for.
The Service is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing any exam or achieving any particular score. Your exam results depend on many factors outside our control and remain your own responsibility, and not passing an exam is not a defect in the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual; do not share your account or credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Access passes and payment

Access to an exam (or bundle) is sold as a time-boxed pass — a one-time payment that grants access for a set period. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
Access is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not resell, share, or sublicense it.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, sell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content.
Share your account or access with others, or use the Service on behalf of anyone who hasn't purchased access.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including questions, explanations, text, design, and software — are owned by ExamStudyApp or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to access and use the content for your own exam preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is study material and does not constitute professional, career, or certification advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamStudyApp and its owners and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "last updated" date and may notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
